Second. Don’t submit more than three reviews in one day. Better yet, submit one review and see if it gets published or not. If it does not get published, it’s not good enough and we don’t want to spend several hours a day reading crappy reviews. Not everybody is good at this. But you have to be good to get published. Also, don’t bother us if your English is very bad. It’s fine if you make some mistakes (we all do), but a person who only had two years of English classes in high-school or college isn’t someone who is qualified for this job.
Third. Besides freebies, like free reg keys and free games that we give away to best contributors, there are two ways you get paid. If you have $200 in your account, contact us via the form with the complete personal information necessary for us to send you the money. Right now the default method is Western Union, because money can be sent anywhere in the world in 15 minutes. Again, the minimum amount is $200 (two hundred dollars) because we don’t want to spend all our time in the bank. If you have at least $20 in your account, you can request any software, game or an e-book to be purchased. You pick any product you want that costs as much money as is currently available in your account (or less) BUT it has to be a DOWNLOADABLE. We don’t want to deal with shipping costs (we’ve got a few reviewers who live in Australia) or spend time finding out why your package never arrived. In this day and age, you can pretty much buy any software in downloadable form, just send us the link and we’ll get it for you. We won’t buy anything off eBay for the same reason – we don’t want to deal with merchants we can’t trust.
Finally. Don’t be stupid. Don’t review software that you never tried. Don’t say software is good, if it’s bad. Don’t try to write only positive reviews. And never, never do anything that’ll piss us off.

In 2003 I (Craig Elias) launched a company called InnerSell to help people sell more by harnessing Trigger Events. This page is the story of how InnerSell came about and where it is today.
After leaving WorldCom in the summer of 2002 I decided to take my Trigger Event Selling^™ knowledge and build company that would allow entrepreneurs, business leaders,  sales and marketing professionals harness the ‘Trigger Events‘ that TURN PROSPECTS INTO CUSTOMERS.
The way I did that was by creating a company called InnerSell. InnerSell was build to let sales people exchange information about the ‘Trigger Events‘ that happened to their customers. It was the original online lead exchange.
It was designed to help sales people introduce their supplier of choice to prospects at EXACTLY the right time. In doing so the sales person could differentiate themselves from the competition become the buyers Emotional Favourite, and earn a finder fee that they could either keep, donate to charity or arrange to be given back to the customer as a discount.
The other intent was to find a way to monetize the 3 Trillion Dollars worth of information that is in the heads of sales people that has limited value to the sales people who have it but has significant value to vendors who would gladly pay for it.
The business entered and won Tim Drapers’ original Billion Dollar Idea Competition and won a $1,000,000 prize. I moved to San Francisco to collect the prize.Within a few short months InnerSell was selected as by Dow Jones one of the 50 most promising companies in all of North America.
After only six months of being in San Francisco, my wife, Heather- who was still living in Calgary got pregnant. I met my wife at the age of 41 so we decided that even though I had to move to California we should not wait to have children.
I had promised myself and my wife that I would not be a successful entrepreneur with ruined marriage and dysfunctional children so by the time Heather was six months pregnant I put in place a CEO and left to focus on being a great dad.
Upon my return to Calgary I also decided that since no one else was teaching the world about Trigger Events that I would share with them the Trigger Event Selling™ method I have been using for years. This was originally done under the InnerSell name but was moved to my current company Shift Selling, Inc. in April of 2006.
In it’s early days the Trigger Event Selling™ method was known as Event Based Selling and was then changed to Trigger Based Selling almost a year later, based on customer feedback.
The name was finally changed to Trigger Event Selling eight months later, based upon the results of a LinkedIn question, and the the full branding efforts of Trigger Event Selling™ began.

• We select competent people to complete the work to a high standard, with candidates taking rigorous tests. We also take up references as part of our background check.
  
• We quality check all our work. If ever individuals fail to meet standards we quickly replace them.
  
• Clients may require people be in the same country or time-zone or seek lower-cost options.
  
• We typically use ClickNwork's workflow system to manage assignments but can also access client servers through secure remote connections that allow us to complete work without data ever leaving the client's server. Some clients provide laptops to individuals to give them access to internal systems and to integrate them more seamlessly.
• Companies value the cost savings we bring as well as the greater flexibility such as overnight processing and the ability to quickly scale capacity.

• We do a lot of work with Business360, providing the resource and workflow to help deliver its services. You can see some examples of the research services, and some analysis services we deliver for them.
  
• We also provide a lot of the resource for the Business360 suite of newsletters that launched January 2011. The team includes 3 researchers and 5 writers who prepare industry-focused material for business professionals. We expect to double the team in coming months. At the moment the topics covered are the Food Business, and its newsletters, Health & Wellness, and its newsletters, Sustainable Business, and its newsletters, Innovation, and its newsletters, Personal Care, and its newsletters, Diet News, and its newsletters.

Financial Implications
